EDII KABIF had organized an one-day workshop in cake baking within the premises of KABIF on 15.12.2023. The event was presided over by Dr. R. Swarnapriya (Director and Nodal Officer - KABIF) and session was conducted by Mrs. Ramya (Certified Home Baker, Valliyur, Nagercoil). There were two sessions - Forenoon: Theory classes on ingredients and making procedure. Afternoon: Hands on Training in Cake preparation by resource person along with the participants. There were 10 participants enrolled for this workshop.
