One Day Workshop - Value Addition in Amla | 30.11.2023

EDII KABIF had organised a one day workshop titled ‘Value Addition in
Amla’ within the premises of KABIF at 30.11.2023. The event was presided
over by Dr. R. Swarnapriya (Director and Nodal Officer - KABIF) and session
conducted by Mrs. K. Thirumalaiselvi (Food Technologist, Tirunelveli). There
were two sessions - Forenoon: Theory classes on amla and capital for enterprise
by Mr. M. Mariaraja Venkatesan (Assistant Vice President, Cluster Head -
HDFC Bank) Afternoon: Recipes preparation by resource person along with the
participants. There were 36 participants enrolled for this workshop. After the
session, the oral feedback was received from the participants and certificates
were distributed.
