EDII KABIF had organised a one day workshop titled "mushroom production" to provide insights on growing edible mushrooms and raise awareness of their potential in current markets for SRI SARADA COLLEGE FOR WOMEN Tirunelveli on 06.02.2024. The event was presided over by Dr. R. Swarnapriya (Director and Nodal Officer - KABIF) and session was conducted by experts from Department of Plant Pathology, VOC. AC & RI, Killikulam. Dr. E.G. Ebenezar Ponsingh Malraja, professor, handled the types and uses of mushroom with market potential followed by Dr. J. Sheela, Professor and head, handled the practical session of growing mushroom with its procedure and precaution. After the session, the oral feedback was received from the participants and certificates was distributed.
